Ivan Quan is the President of QH Design Build Corp. Before founding QH Design Build, Mr. Quan amassed over 15 years of Canadian business running experience, as well as over 10 years of experience in the supervision and management of Construction and Development projects, over seeing a total of over 60 million dollars in project value. Mr. Quan is responsible for leading the successful pursuit and execution of many projects in Ontario, Canada in Government Projects, Commercial, as well as Residential Development and Construction. Mr. Quan is involved with many Canadian Construction Industry Associations, such as BILD and Tarion.
Catherine graduated from prestigious engineer science program at the University of Toronto in 2005. During her graduate school studies, she developed a keen aspiration for Land Development, and co-founded the company QH Design Build, a Tarion Registered Corporation with extensive experience in construction and development projects .throughout her career ,she had active involvements in projects value ranging from 2 million dollars to 180 million dollars .
Catherine hold keys positions in various companies: Battaglia Architecture; Miracle Art Space Inc, An Interior Design firm; ICAN Consulting Inc., providing planning, architecture, construction consultation services for commercial development projects. Catherine Li holds directorships in Meritiwealth Real Capital.Catherine is a strong believer of continuing education and life long learning. She is licensed BCIN designer,a F.RI ,a licensed RECO member , holds the Certificate of Building Science & Technologies. She is an active member of BILD, the building industry and land development association.Catherine is an avid supporter of racial and gender equality in all aspects of life, especially in the field of Engineering and Construction.
Joe received his Bachelor of Environmental Study in 1979 at the University of Waterloo, later he received his Bachelor of Architecture . Joe has practiced architecture since 1984. Joe’s extensive experience in Canada across, single-detached home,multi-residential developments, commercial projects, and institutional projects. He has completed more than 5,000 architectural designs including Formula Honda, West Towne Mazda, Unionville Volvo,J. addison school etc. many projects Joe designed has received top awards from the local government including the city of Toronto , city of Vaughan, City of Markham , City of Richmond hill and some other townships in Ontario

Alex started his interior design career from early 1990s. Before joining QH, he was the chief designer for a professional design firm with 100 employees. His design content covers finance, real estate, office, and commerce, hotels, restaurants, education and other fields.
